The danish lighthouse farm Humlebækgaard are positive towards change. We got to experience this firsthand, when we held the first farmer workshop Friday the 22nd of May 2026 with the farmers of Humlebækgaard. The workshop covered a section on farm visions and objectives, followed by a section on local climate projections and resilience options. One of the participants evaluated the day with the words “I liked that we focused on local climate challenges and how to look at the maps. I was very positive, because often EU projects can be far away from the real world farms and not so concrete, but this one was.”
